Freedom’s medical team can see patients throughout the state of Arizona as quickly as the same-day or next business day. For patients requiring immediate care, our team offers telemedicine appointments as well as Uber Health to get patients to our nearest location. 

Freedom has transparent billing, including cost estimates and future cost estimates for treatment patients may require. 

Yes, Freedom Injury Network can provide all of our services entirely on a lien basis with no hassle on the lien negotiations.
