Lab orders can be fulfilled at any LabCorp, Sonora Quest Diagnostic patient service center. If you have a lab preference, just let your doctor know at your appointment. 

Imaging orders can be fulfilled at any Arizona Advanced Imaging or SimonMed patient service center. If you have an Imaging preference, just let your doctor know at your appointment.
